Conditions of Use

1. Timber is a natural product therefore the grain and texture of the wood will be unique to each product. Items pictured are for illustration purposes only.

2. All goods have been portrayed as accurately as possible given the change in medium. The image you see on screen will depend on your computer monitor settings. Consequently there may be some difference between the colours you see on screen and the product you receive.

3. We reserve the right to make price changes without notice to take into account any changes passed onto us by suppliers, material costs and errors or omissions published on our website. In this instance we will inform you of the price change and ask you to re-confirm your order.

4. All payments by cheque must be received by us within 7 days of your order. Goods will be despatched once the cheque has cleared

5. We aim to dispatch items within 48 hours of receiving your payment. If the item you require is not in stock or is no longer available then we will contact you with the relevant information and estimated delivery details.

6. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 14 days for a refund. Please note that refunds will only be given on items which are returned in perfect condition, we would therefore suggest that you return the items in their original packaging.

7. At our discretion and without assigning reason we may refuse or delay an order.

8. We will not be liable for any delay in providing goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Regardless of the postage selection we will ensure all products are securely packaged and suitable for posting. We will not be responsible for goods damaged in transit.

10. In the event of overseas orders we ask that you contact us for postage information prior to placing an order. Orders may be confirmed once you have received a breakdown of costs from us. Any customs or import duties remain the responsibility of the buyer.

11. You have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000. If you wish to cancel your order it must be done in writing within 7 days. If we have received your payment it will be refunded in full. Should the goods have been despatched then they must be returned at your expense within 10 days before refund will be made.

12. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you may return it within 14 days for a refund provided the item remains in perfect and re-saleable condition. Postage costs are your responsibility.

13. The sale of our paper knives comes within section 6 of the Offensive Weapons Act 1996. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of an item for failure to satisfy the requirements laid down by us or for any other reason without notice.

14. You confirm that you are over 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into this agreement.

15. We reserve the right to make changes to our site and these conditions of use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, that condition shall be deemed not to form part of this agreement and the enforceability of the remainder of this agreement shall not be affected.

16. Any personal information held by us will be in confidence and will not be passed onto any third party.

17. Our liability except in the case of death or personal injury in this contract is limited to the purchase price of the goods and we will not be held responsible for any indirect or consequential loss of data, profit, revenue, income or business howsoever caused.

18. All purchases/contracts made via this website shall be deemed to have taken place in the UK and shall be governed by English law.
